1. Introduction & Definitions

  • BuyCheapKeys Plus: The optional VIP membership program offering subscribers exclusive storewide discounts, priority customer support, and bundled Buyer Protection.
  • Subscriber: Any registered user with an active BuyCheapKeys Plus subscription.
  • Subscription Period: The recurring billing cycle (1-month, 3-month, or 12-month plan) selected by the Subscriber.

2. Membership Benefits & Fair-Use Limits

  • 2.1. Member Perks: Active Subscribers enjoy extra member discounts on eligible games and software, automatic BuyCheapKeys Protect coverage on orders, priority ticket handling, and early access to flash drops.
  • 2.2. Non-Stacking: BuyCheapKeys Plus member discounts cannot be combined with promotional Coupon codes on the same item.
  • 2.3. Retail Fair-Use Cap: To prevent unauthorized commercial reselling, Plus member discounts apply to a maximum of three (3) units per specific product SKU per calendar month. Cryptocurrency vouchers and balance top-ups are excluded from Plus discounts.

3. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • 3.1. Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date from your Account Profile (/dashboard/profile), subscriptions automatically renew at the standard recurring rate disclosed at checkout.
  • 3.2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Plus benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Previous or current billing periods are non-refundable once benefits have been activated.
