Sign up or log in with your BuyCheapKeys account and verify your e-mail.
2. Apply as a seller
Tell us who you are, what you sell and where your keys come from.
3. Get verified
We review every application by hand. We may ask for invoices or documents before approving it.
4. List and sell
Search the catalogue, set your price and upload your keys from the panel or the API.

Example for game, software and gift card keys: 8 % + €0.25 per unit, added to your price, and earnings held for 7 days (claims window). Accounts and special subscriptions have their own terms (table below). Payouts from €100.00.

Requirements

Keys must come from legitimate sources (publishers, distributors or authorised resellers).
No keys bought with stolen cards, review or press copies, charity bundles or region-locked keys listed for another region.
Each key must be new, unused and match the product exactly (platform, region and edition).
You answer for your keys: refunds, chargebacks, payment fees and fines caused by your stock are charged to your balance. Repeated problems lead to suspension.
Customers can open a dispute with you from their order. Answer within 72 hours and solve it with a replacement or a refund; otherwise BuyCheapKeys decides.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to sell?

Nothing up front. For every unit sold we add our commission to your price; you always receive the full price you set.

Who sets the final price?

You set your price and the customer price is your price plus the commission. If another seller or our own supplier is cheaper, their offer is sold first.

When do I get paid?

Each sale is credited to your pending balance and becomes available after the hold period of its product type (7 days for keys, 21 days for special subscriptions). Payouts from €100 by SEPA, PayPal or USDT (TRC20/ERC20).

How long does the review take?

We review applications manually, usually within a few business days. You will get an e-mail when your account is approved.

Can I use an API?

Yes. Once approved you can create API keys to search products, create offers, upload keys and read your sales and balance.

What happens if a customer reports a key?

The customer opens a dispute from the order and you talk in a thread on the platform (contact details are hidden). You can send a replacement key or refund; if you do not answer within 72 hours or you cannot agree, BuyCheapKeys decides. A refund takes the sale back from your balance.

Can I take my keys back?

Yes. Unsold keys can be withdrawn at any time from the panel or the API; you get them back in plain text.
