Can I solve a problem with my order or a key here?
No: this form is only for business proposals. For an order, a key that doesn't work or a refund, open the chat with Rocky (the “Help” button on any page) or go to My orders and Support in your account. That way the support team helps you directly.
What kind of proposals do you accept?
Key suppliers and wholesalers, content creators and streamers, game studios and publishers, companies buying gift cards, keys or licences in volume, and press or media.
I'm a key wholesaler or supplier. How do we start?
Tell us which keys you offer, the volume and how you deliver (API, CSV or manual). If it fits, we'll ask for a price list. You can also sell directly as a marketplace seller: 8% + €0.25 commission per key sold and no monthly fee.
I'm a content creator. What can I earn?
With the affiliate programme you earn 5% of every sale that comes through your link, with a 30-day cookie, and your community gets a 5% coupon. It activates instantly from your account. For sponsored giveaways or review keys, use this form.
I run a game studio. Can you sell my game?
Yes. You can open a seller store and list your keys, or write to us to plan a launch promotion together. We only accept keys from legitimate sources.
We're a company and want to buy in volume. How does it work?
Tell us which products, quantities and deadline you need and we'll prepare a proposal.
How will you reply?
By email, to the address you give in the form. You can also write directly to partners@buycheapkeys.com.
What do you do with my data?
We only use it to reply to your proposal and follow it up. We don't sell or share it. All the details are in the privacy policy.
