How does delivery work?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically and the key appears on your order page and in your account. We also email you a secure link to your order.
Where do I find my key?
Open My orders in your account and press Reveal key. For your security, keys stay hidden until you reveal them, and each reveal is logged.Learn more
My order is paid but I have no key. What should I do?
Check your order page first: delivery can take a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. Some orders go through an automatic security check before delivery. If nothing appears after a while, open a ticket from the order and we will solve it.Learn more
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices shown in the shop do not include VAT. At checkout you enter your billing country and, where it applies, VAT is added to the total, so you always see the final amount before you pay.
Keys and activation
Are the keys official and legitimate?
Yes. Our keys come from authorized distributors and wholesalers of games and software. If a key does not work, we replace it or refund you.
How do I activate my key?
Every platform has its own redeem page (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, Epic Games, Rockstar, Nintendo or Microsoft). Our step-by-step guides explain each one.Learn more
Will the key work in my country?
Every product page shows the activation region (for example Global or Europe). Check it before buying: a key only activates in the regions it is valid for. If a revealed key does not match the region shown, our guarantee covers you.
What is the difference between a key, a gift and an account?
A key is an activation code you redeem on the platform. A gift is delivered as a gift or transfer to your account. An account is access to a ready-to-play account. The product page always states which type you are buying.
Payments and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
You'll see the available payment methods at checkout. You can also pay with your BuyCheapKeys balance.
Is it safe to buy here?
Your payment is handled by the payment provider on its own secure page, and keys are only shown after you reveal them in your account. We also run automatic anti-fraud checks to protect buyers and the shop.
Refunds and guarantee
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, as long as the key has not been revealed. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not pressed Reveal key. Once a key is revealed, the code is yours and the right of withdrawal for change of mind no longer applies (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).Learn more
What if my key does not work?
If a revealed key is invalid, was already used, was revoked by the publisher or does not match the edition or region shown, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Open a ticket from your order with screenshots of the full activation error, your account name or ID, and the date and time.Learn more
I have a problem with an account I bought. What should I do?
Contact support before changing the email or password of the account. Changing the credentials before support has checked the problem voids the replacement.Learn more
Wallet, VIP Club and Random Keys
What is the Wallet?
Your BuyCheapKeys balance. Top it up from 1 EUR, then pay in one click at checkout. It can only be spent on BuyCheapKeys and cannot be withdrawn or moved to another account. If an order paid with balance cannot be delivered, the amount returns to your Wallet automatically.Learn more
What is the VIP Club?
A free cashback club: you only need an account and to buy with its email. Bronze gives 1% cashback, Silver 2% (from 50 EUR spent), Gold 3% (from 150 EUR) and Platinum 4% (from 400 EUR).
