How to delete your BuyCheapKeys account

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time, from the website or from the Android app.

1. Email support@buycheapkeys.com from your account's address.
2. Use the subject “Delete my account”.
3. We'll delete the account manually and confirm it by email.

What is deleted: name, email, password, photo, two-step verification, favorites, price alerts and notification subscriptions. What is kept: orders with their billing details, for the period required by tax law; the email on those orders is replaced with an anonymous identifier.

We'll delete it within 30 days. Any unused Wallet balance and cashback will be lost.
