In short

BuyCheapKeys sells Windows, Windows Server, Office, Visio, Project and SQL Server keys to online stores through a REST API and a WordPress plugin. A store imports the product sheets in English, keeps price and stock in sync, and orders a key when its own customer pays. The key comes from the cheapest available seller, is charged to the store's prepaid balance and is returned in the API response, so the store can email it to its customer. If no seller has stock, the order is refused and nothing is charged. A claim on a faulty key can be opened for 30 days, with messages and screenshots, and ends in a replacement key or a refund to the balance.

    One API call with the product and the highest price you accept. The plugin does this by itself.

    The key comes from the seller with the best price that has stock at that exact moment. It is charged to your balance.

    Your customer gets the key

    The key is in the response and the plugin emails it to your customer and shows it in their account.

WordPress and WooCommerce plugin

If your store runs on WordPress you do not need to write code. Install the plugin, paste your API key and choose your margin.

Download the plugin
  • Imports each product with its sheet, activation steps and requirements
  • Updates price and stock automatically, with your margin and rounding
  • Blocks the checkout when a key is out of stock or would be sold at a loss
  • Emails the key to your customer and shows it in their account
  • Retries by itself if something fails and warns you by email

You pay from a prepaid balance

Top up your balance from the partner dashboard with crypto or bank transfer. Each key you buy is charged from it. When it runs low we email you, and orders wait instead of failing while it is empty.

If a key does not work

You see every key of every order in your account and can open a claim for 30 days. You write to the seller who sold it, add screenshots, and agree a replacement key or a refund to your balance. A replaced key reaches your store automatically.

No stock, no sale

When no seller has the key, the API answers out of stock and charges nothing, and the plugin hides the product. Your customer never pays for a key that cannot be delivered.

More software coming

Today we sell Microsoft licences. Later we will add other software, such as antivirus and VPN, as more sellers join. They will appear in the same catalogue, with no change in your integration.

Security designed to protect your money and your keys

  • 256-bit API keys; we only store their hash, not even we can read them.
  • Optional IP allowlist and per-key scopes (catalogue, orders, balance).
  • Idempotency-Key and unique externalId: a retry never charges twice.
  • Double-checked balance accounting: it can never go negative.
  • Delivered keys encrypted with AES-256-GCM and every download logged.
  • Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256 plus a timestamp against replays.
  • Configurable per-order and daily limits to protect your account.

Do you sell Windows or Office keys?

Sellers list their stock on BuyCheapKeys and every sale of a key reaches the stores connected to this API as well. You keep setting your own price.

Questions

Who can become a partner?
Web shops, marketplaces, resellers and gaming communities with an identifiable business. Every application is reviewed before activation.
How do I top up?
In the partner dashboard, under Balance, choose the amount and pay with cryptocurrency: the balance is credited automatically as soon as the payment confirms, and you are notified by e-mail and webhook. Bank transfer with a unique reference is also available on request. Crypto top-ups add the NOWPayments fee (1.5%). There is no minimum or maximum amount.
What if the price changes while I order?
You send the highest unit price you accept. If the real price is higher, the order is rejected with PRICE_CHANGED and nothing is charged.
How much does it cost to use the API?
There is no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. You pay the price of each key you buy, from your prepaid balance. Top-ups with crypto carry the gateway fee.
How do I get the product texts and images?
Every product comes with a sheet in English: name, description, features, activation steps, system requirements and cover image. The WordPress plugin imports them for you; with the API you read them from the products endpoint.
Does the key arrive instantly?
Yes, almost always. When the stock comes from our sellers the key is in the response of the order request and the order is completed in the same call. When part of it comes from our wholesale catalogue the order is first "processing" and the keys are ready a few seconds later: read them with the keys endpoint or wait for the order.completed webhook. The plugin does this by itself. Your store then emails the key to your customer.
What if my balance is not enough?
The API answers with an insufficient balance error and does not take any key. With the plugin the order waits, you get an email and delivery continues after you top up.
Can I test before paying anything?
Yes. Sandbox keys return fake keys and use a test balance. Nothing is charged and no real stock is used.
What are the order limits?
Up to 9 units of a product and 10 products per order. The plugin splits bigger orders into several requests for you.
Which regions do the keys work in?
Each product shows its region and the countries where it cannot be activated. The sheet in the API and the plugin carry the same data.
