1. Definitions

  • Campaigns: The promotional bidding tool allowing verified Vendors to compete for priority placement in the Buy Box and featured catalog slots.
  • Selling Price: The base retail price configured by the Vendor for a digital product offer.
  • Maximum Selling Price: The price ceiling established by BuyCheapKeys for products participating in promoted Campaigns.
  • Campaign Bid: The promotional fee amount a Vendor bids per converted sale to increase Buy Box placement priority.
  • Buy Box: The primary purchase call-to-action module on a product detail page where buyers add the featured offer to their cart.
  • Automated Campaigns: The smart-bidding algorithm that dynamically adjusts bids to the minimum required amount to secure priority placement.

2. Campaign Fee Structure & Bidding System

  • 2.1. Performance-Based Fee Collection: Campaign fees are only charged when a promoted offer converts into a completed sale. Simply displaying an offer in the Buy Box incurs zero impression cost.
  • 2.2. Total Displayed Price: The price shown to customers in the Buy Box reflects the competitive wholesale offer plus applicable platform margins and campaign parameters.
  • 2.3. Bidding Priority: Offers compete in real time based on final landed price, Seller Rating (minimum 98% positive feedback recommended), stock depth, and instant delivery SLA.

3. Store Name Guidelines & Content Restrictions

  • 3.1. Merchant Identity: Vendor display names must be professional, accurate, and distinct.
  • 3.2. Prohibited Store & Campaign Content: Vendors may not use store names or campaign metadata containing competitor URLs, misleading trust badges, false 'Official Publisher' claims, offensive language, political advocacy, or deceptive UI elements.

4. Price Caps, Automated Bidding & Suspension

  • 4.1. Price Gouging Protection: BuyCheapKeys enforces Maximum Selling Price thresholds on promoted listings to protect consumers from artificial price inflation during flash sales.
  • 4.2. Automated Campaigns Control: Vendors may opt in or out of Automated Campaigns via their merchant portal or by contacting [email protected].
  • 4.3. Platform Rights: BuyCheapKeys reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate any Campaign immediately if key revocation rates, invalid key tickets, or copyright complaints exceed safety thresholds.
