BuyCheapKeys Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Issuance, redemption limits, AML velocity rules, and validity for BuyCheapKeys digital Gift Cards.

1. Definitions & Issuance

  • Gift Card: A prepaid closed-loop digital voucher code issued for redemption exclusively on BuyCheapKeys.com.
  • BuyCheapKeys Wallet: The internal digital account balance where Gift Card funds are credited upon redemption.
  • Digital Content: Video game activation keys, software licenses, and digital subscriptions available on the Platform.

2. Redemption & General Use

  • 2.1. To use a BuyCheapKeys Gift Card, the code must first be redeemed into your registered BuyCheapKeys Wallet (/dashboard/wallet).
  • 2.2. Once redeemed into the Wallet, the funds are governed by the BuyCheapKeys Wallet Terms and Conditions and may be applied immediately toward eligible checkout purchases with 0% gateway service fees.

3. Limitations, AML Caps & Validity

  • 3.1. Closed-Loop Instrument: Gift Cards are not legal tender, credit/debit cards, or open-loop electronic money. They hold no cash value outside BuyCheapKeys.com.
  • 3.2. Non-Resale & Wholesale Restriction: Gift Cards are strictly for personal retail consumer use. Registered Vendors, wholesale buyers, and unauthorized third-party brokers are prohibited from redeeming Gift Cards.
  • 3.3. AML Velocity Limits: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls, Gift Card redemptions are capped at €100.00 per day and €400.00 per calendar month per verified account.
  • 3.4. Expiration: Unredeemed Gift Cards remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless local mandatory consumer law requires a longer period.

4. Risk of Loss & Fraud Prevention

  • 4.1. Risk of loss and title for electronic Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon digital delivery. Keep your Gift Card code confidential; BuyCheapKeys is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorizedly shared codes.
  • 4.2. BuyCheapKeys reserves the right to freeze or revoke any Gift Card or Wallet balance suspected of being acquired via payment fraud or unauthorized chargebacks. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
