1. General Provisions & Corporate Ownership

BuyCheapKeys (https://buycheapkeys.com) is the official property of, and is owned and operated by, Arga Digital Group LLC, registered under Employer Identification Number (EIN) 61-2277161, with its registered office at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, United States.

• 1.1. Platform Role: BuyCheapKeys operates as a digital marketplace and intermediary venue connecting verified wholesale suppliers/vendors with retail buyers of digital video game keys, software licenses, and gift cards.
• 1.2. Binding Acceptance: By accessing or purchasing on BuyCheapKeys.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Security, Permitted Conduct & Anti-Fraud

• 2.1. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are strongly encouraged to enable Google Authenticator Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in their Profile (/dashboard/profile).
• 2.2. Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from using stolen payment instruments, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, scraping prices via automated bots, multi-accounting to abuse promotions, or using anonymizing proxies/VPNs to bypass regional compliance filters.

3. Digital Key Delivery, EULA Disclaimer & Publisher Rights

• 3.1. Instant Encrypted Delivery: Purchased keys are delivered electronically via the Customer Dashboard (/dashboard/orders) and registered email immediately after payment confirmation.
• 3.2. Third-Party Platform EULAs (G2A/Driffle Standard): Buyers acknowledge that digital activation keys and accounts are redeemed on third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo eShop, Microsoft) governed by their respective End User License Agreements (EULAs). BuyCheapKeys is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platform operators.
• 3.3. Cryptographic Duplicate Hash Protection: All keys distributed through our system are validated against duplicate key hashes to prevent cross-listing or double-redemption.

4. KYB/AML Verification, DAC7 & Post-Activation Warranty

• 4.1. Strict Supplier KYB & AML Screening: All wholesale providers and marketplace vendors undergo Know Your Business (KYB), Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), and international sanctions (OFAC/EU/UN) screening.
• 4.2. EU DAC7 Tax Transparency: Where applicable under EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7) and international tax treaties, merchants exceeding statutory transaction thresholds must maintain verified tax identification records.
• 4.3. Survival of Post-Activation Key Warranty: Suppliers warrant the legitimate origin of every key. If a key is subsequently revoked by a publisher due to upstream supplier payment failure, the buyer remains protected under our Refund & Replacement Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability & Legal Contact

• 5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total platform liability for any claim arising out of a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for that order.
