1. Product Categories Covered

2. Digital Keys — 14-Day Unrevealed Withdrawal Rule

  • 2.1. Unrevealed Keys Eligible for Refund: Retail customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase ONLY IF the activation key has NOT been revealed or decrypted in the Customer Dashboard (/dashboard/orders).
  • 2.2. Waiver Upon Key Reveal: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content, clicking 'Reveal Key' ('Ver Key') decrypts and displays the plain-text activation code, irrevocably waiving the right of withdrawal for change of mind.
  • 2.3. 14-Day Automatic Finalization: Unrevealed keys are automatically finalized 14 days after purchase.

3. Digital Accounts & Direct Top-Ups

  • 3.1. Pre-Made Accounts: Follow the same 14-day unrevealed rule. Crucial Rule: If you experience an issue with a purchased account, contact [email protected] immediately BEFORE changing the account's email or password. Modifying credentials prior to support verification voids replacement eligibility.
  • 3.2. Direct Top-Ups: Non-refundable once dispatched, except where the recharge failed completely due to a verified technical error.

4. Defective Keys & Money Back Guarantee (G2A/Driffle Standard)

  • 4.1. Covered Defects: If a revealed key is invalid, already used/redeemed prior to your purchase timestamp, revoked by the publisher, or does not match the stated edition/region, you are entitled to a 100% replacement key or full refund.
  • 4.2. Evidentiary Requirements: To protect against friendly fraud, defective key claims must be submitted via your Order page or to [email protected] accompanied by uncropped full-screen screenshots showing: (a) the exact platform activation error message, (b) your account username/ID, and (c) current system date and time.
  • 4.3. Anti-Fraud Verification: For high-value disputed claims where publisher logs indicate the key was activated after delivery, BuyCheapKeys reserves the right to request official platform support confirmation or a formal law enforcement report before issuing a refund.
