Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Rules, commission structure, and partner obligations governing the BuyCheapKeys Affiliate Program.

1. Definitions

  • Affiliate: Any natural or legal person accepted into the BuyCheapKeys Affiliate Program under these Affiliate T&Cs.
  • Affiliate Link & Custom Slug: The unique referral hyperlink (?ref=slug or /aff/slug) and subscriber discount coupon assigned to the Affiliate.
  • Affiliate Panel: The dedicated partner dashboard (/dashboard/affiliate) displaying real-time visits, commissions, earnings, and payouts.
  • Affiliate Services: Promotional activities carried out by the Affiliate to refer new and returning buyers to the Platform.
  • Program: The official BuyCheapKeys Affiliate & Creator Partner Program.
  • Products: Digital video game keys, software licenses, subscriptions, and digital gift cards listed on BuyCheapKeys.com.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

  • 2.1. To apply for the Program, you must operate an active social media channel, streaming profile (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram), Discord community, or gaming/technology website.
  • 2.2. Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic approval. BuyCheapKeys evaluates applications on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to reject or revoke participation at its sole discretion.
  • 2.3. Affiliates must provide accurate payout and tax identification details prior to requesting commission withdrawals.

3. Affiliate Duties & Brand Guidelines

  • 3.1. Affiliates shall promote BuyCheapKeys ethically and in strict compliance with applicable advertising and consumer disclosure laws (including FTC/EU endorsement disclosures).
  • 3.2. Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are strictly forbidden from bidding on 'BuyCheapKeys' branded keywords in paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads), sending unsolicited spam, using cookie-stuffing scripts, or impersonating official BuyCheapKeys channels.
  • 3.3. Self-Referrals: Purchasing products through your own Affiliate Link or using your own Affiliate Coupon for personal or commercial resale is strictly prohibited and results in immediate commission forfeiture.

4. Commissions, Cookie Attribution & Payouts

  • 4.1. Attribution Window: Referral links utilize a 30-day first/last-touch tracking cookie. Purchases completed within 30 days of clicking the Affiliate Link or using the Affiliate's Custom Coupon qualify for commission.
  • 4.2. Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated as the agreed percentage (default 5% unless otherwise configured in the Affiliate Panel) of the net order value (excluding payment gateway fees, taxes, and refunded/cancelled items).
  • 4.3. Verification Hold: Earned commissions remain in 'Pending' status for a 14-day anti-fraud and refund verification window before moving to 'Available Balance'.
  • 4.4. Payout Execution: Once Available Balance reaches the minimum threshold (€20.00), Affiliates may request a payout via PayPal, Bank Transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), or USDT/USDC.

5. Taxes, Intellectual Property & Termination

  • 5.1. Tax Responsibility: Each Affiliate acts as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, VAT, or self-employment contributions required in their jurisdiction.
  • 5.2. Intellectual Property: BuyCheapKeys grants Affiliates a revocable, non-exclusive license to display official banners and logos solely for active Program promotion.
  • 5.3. Termination: Either party may terminate participation with 7 days written notice to [email protected]. Fraudulent activity or brand abuse triggers immediate termination and forfeiture of pending balances.
