Gestisci le tue offerte e lo stock dal tuo sistema. Tutte le richieste usano HTTPS e JSON, gli importi sono in EUR.

Autenticazione

Crea una chiave in Pannello venditore → API e inviala nell'intestazione Authorization. Custodiscila con cura: garantisce accesso completo a offerte e stock.

Endpoint

Metodo	Percorso	Descrizione
GET	/me	Il tuo negozio e le attuali condizioni di commissione.
GET	/products?search=&page=&limit=	Cerca nel catalogo. Restituisce productId, prezzo del negozio e miglior prezzo venditore.
GET	/offers?status=&page=&limit=	Le tue offerte con stock, prezzo al cliente e informazione se sei il più economico.
POST	/offers	Crea o aggiorna la tua offerta per un prodotto: { productId, price, status? }.
GET	/offers/{id}	Una singola offerta.
PATCH	/offers/{id}	Modifica prezzo e/o stato (active \| paused).
DELETE	/offers/{id}	Elimina un'offerta senza stock (le offerte con vendite vengono invece messe in pausa).
POST	/offers/{id}/keys	Carica chiavi: { keys: ["…"] } (max 1.000 per richiesta).
POST	/offers/{id}/withdraw	Recupera le chiavi invendute: { count? }. Le restituisce in testo semplice.
GET	/sales?page=&limit=	Le tue vendite, i guadagni e le date di svincolo.
GET	/balance	Saldo in sospeso e disponibile e prossimi sblocchi.
GET	/disputes?status=&page=&limit=	Reclami dei clienti sulle tue vendite (open \| escalated \| resolved).
GET	/disputes/{id}	Un reclamo con i suoi messaggi.
POST	/disputes/{id}/messages	Rispondi al cliente: { body }.
POST	/disputes/{id}/replace	Invia una sostituzione: { key } o { fromStock: true }.
POST	/disputes/{id}/refund	Rimborsa il cliente (la vendita viene annullata).

Prezzi

price è l'importo che ricevi per unità. Il cliente paga il tuo prezzo più la commissione del tipo di prodotto (chiavi, account e regali, abbonamenti speciali), indicata in /me e in ogni offerta. La tua offerta viene venduta quando il suo prezzo per il cliente è il più basso disponibile.

Errori e limiti

Gli errori restituiscono { error: { code, message, requestId } } con uno stato 4xx/5xx. Limiti: 20 richieste al secondo e 600 al minuto per chiave; 300 caricamenti di chiavi al minuto.
