Vendor Terms and Conditions

Merchant commission schedule, KYB onboarding, payout hold periods, rolling reserves, and seller obligations.

1. Merchant Onboarding & Mandatory KYB Verification

  • 1.1. Corporate Verification: To sell on BuyCheapKeys, merchants must complete full Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding, including Certificate of Incorporation, Tax/VAT registration, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) identification (>25% ownership), and corporate bank verification.
  • 1.2. Stock Authenticity Warranty: Vendors warrant that 100% of listed digital keys and licenses are lawfully acquired from authorized distributors and free from third-party liens, stolen credit card sourcing, or charity/review-copy restrictions.

2. Payout Terms, Escrow Freeze & Rolling Reserves

  • 2.1. Standard Escrow Hold: Proceeds from completed sales are subject to a mandatory 7-day security hold before unlocking for withdrawal. High-risk digital categories (such as accounts or subscription links) are subject to a 21-day hold.
  • 2.2. Rolling Reserve & Post-Activation Revocation Indemnity (G2A Standard): To protect buyers against delayed publisher revocations or chargebacks, BuyCheapKeys may maintain a 5% to 10% rolling reserve for 60 to 180 days. If a Vendor's key is revoked by a publisher at any point after activation, BuyCheapKeys is authorized to refund the buyer and deduct the full amount plus any payment network dispute fees ($15–$25 per chargeback) from the Vendor's balance.

3. Marketplace Commission Schedule

  • Video Games, DLCs, Gift Cards, Subscriptions, Top-Ups & Software Keys: 5% + €0.20 per unit sold.
  • Digital Accounts & Direct Platform Gifts: 7% + €0.40 per unit sold.
  • Special Promotional / Subscription Links: 20% + €3.00 per unit sold.
  • BuyCheapKeys may update commission rates with 15 days prior notice via email or the merchant dashboard.

4. Payout Rails & Withdrawal Fees

  • SEPA Bank Transfer (EUR): 0.20% + €1.00.
  • International SWIFT Wire: 0.20% + €25.00.
  • Cryptocurrency Payouts (USDT / USDC): 1.20% + €1.00 (Minimum withdrawal: €100.00).
