1. Purpose of the Service

BuyCheapKeys.com operates as a digital platform providing activation keys, codes, and digital licenses for video games, software, and online services (“Digital Products”).
By purchasing through this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to any specific conditions set by the publisher or platform where the product is activated.

2. Nature of the Digital Products

  1. All products offered on this website are digital activation keys only, not physical items.

  2. Keys may be:

    • Global

    • Regional

    • Country-locked

    • OEM or retail

  3. Customers are responsible for verifying:

    • Region compatibility

    • Platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Origin, EA, Ubisoft, etc.)

    • System requirements

    • Any specific limitations or restrictions imposed by third-party publishers

3. Customer Account

To place an order, customers must create an account using accurate and verifiable information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Fraud or disputed payments

  • Suspicious or abusive activity

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Attempts to exploit or manipulate our systems

4. Prices and Availability

  1. Prices are displayed in EUR or the currency selected on the website.

  2. Prices may change without prior notice.

  3. Product availability depends on stock and supplier availability.

  4. If a purchased product cannot be delivered, the customer will receive a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Once the payment is validated, delivery occurs automatically through:

Delivery is normally instant. In rare cases where manual checks are required, delivery may take a few minutes.

7. Refund Policy

Because digital products are irreversible once revealed, refunds are not possible after:

  • The key has been displayed

  • The key has been delivered by email

  • The customer made a mistake selecting region/platform/system

  • The customer attempted to activate the key improperly or with VPNs

A refund or replacement is available only if:

  1. The key is objectively defective, and

  2. Our support team can verify the issue with clear evidence

Required evidence includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full screenshots of the activation window

  • The exact error message

  • A short video showing the activation attempt

If the defect is confirmed, the customer may choose:

  • A replacement key, or

  • A full refund

8. Pre-Orders

For products purchased before their official release date:

  • The payment is taken immediately

  • The key is delivered on or shortly before the official release date

  • Cancellation is possible only until the key is delivered

9. Restrictions and Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to:

  1. Resell keys without prior written authorization

  2. Use unauthorized payment instruments

  3. Abuse refunds, disputes, or chargebacks

  4. Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions

  5. Attempt to circumvent regional restrictions via VPN or other tools

10. Warranty

All products include a validity warranty until the moment of activation.
After successful activation, any issue falls under the responsibility of the publisher or platform (for example: game bans, hardware bans, policy changes, revoked accounts, or publisher restrictions).

11. Limitation of Liability

BuyCheapKeys.com is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by publishers or activation platforms

  • Account bans caused by misuse, cheating, or violating third-party terms

  • Compatibility issues with the customer’s hardware or software

  • Attempts to activate keys using VPNs

  • Platform-specific restrictions that were not respected by the customer

12. Fraud Prevention and Security Checks

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders when unusual or suspicious activity is detected, including:

  • Mismatch between card country and IP address

  • Large volumes of purchases in a short time

  • Repeated chargebacks or disputes

  • Use of anonymization services for payment

In such cases, additional verification may be required.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, game titles, and related content belong to their respective owners.
BuyCheapKeys.com does not claim ownership over any intellectual property of third-party publishers and acts solely as a reseller of legitimate digital licenses.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We may cancel or refuse orders when:

  • Fraud or risk of fraud is detected

  • There are clear pricing or listing errors

  • The customer violates these Terms

  • The transaction cannot be safely verified

Canceled orders will be refunded in full.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Arga Digital Group LLC is registered and, where required, by European digital commerce regulations.
