Refund & Returns Policy

Digital keys work a little differently from physical products. Here's exactly when a refund is approved, when it isn't, and how to request one.

Refunds approved when

Your key is invalid, expired, or unusable and support can't fix it
You received the wrong product due to our error
You were charged twice for the same order
Your key never arrived and support can't resolve it

Refunds not approved when

The key has already been activated or redeemed
You bought the wrong product by mistake
You've simply changed your mind
More than 14 days have passed since the order

Refund Eligibility

When refunds are approved

Defective or non-functional keys — invalid, expired, or unusable, and support can't provide a working replacement
Incorrect product delivered — you received something different due to an error on our end
Duplicate charges — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order
Undelivered products — your key doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours) and support can't resolve the delivery issue

When refunds are not approved

Activated or redeemed keys — once a key is used on any platform (Steam, EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft, etc.), it's permanently tied to that account and can't be returned to inventory
Customer error — wrong game version, platform, or item purchased by mistake; please double-check your cart before buying
Change of mind — as with most digital retailers, buyer's remorse isn't grounds for a refund
Expired requests — requests submitted more than 14 days after order completion aren't considered
Resolved issues — if support gives you a working fix (correct activation steps, platform instructions) and the product works, the request is closed

How to Request a Refund

Step 2 — Share the details

Your order number
The email address used for the purchase
A description of the issue
Screenshots or error messages, if you have them
Proof the key hasn't been activated, when relevant

Step 3 — We investigate

We may offer a replacement key, walk you through activation, check the key's status with our suppliers, or process a refund if nothing else resolves it.

Step 4 — Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — card refunds return to the same card, PayPal refunds return to your PayPal account. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Refund Timeframe

Approval decision: within 48–72 hours of your request
Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
Total time: up to 14 business days from request to funds in your account

No-Cost Returns

Everything we sell is digital, so there's no shipping to worry about:

No shipping costs on returns or refunds
No fees for requesting a refund
No physical item to send back

Exceptions & Special Cases

Pre-order cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the official release date. Once the key is delivered on release day, standard refund rules apply.

Partial refunds

If your order has several items and only one has a problem, we may issue a partial refund for just the affected item(s).

Gift card purchases

Gift cards and wallet credits are generally non-refundable once the code has been revealed or redeemed.
